1. Open the file "webpage.html" which you have created earlier
2. Add three "h3 headings"
3. Open the file "styles.css" which you have created earlier
4. Set "counter" for "h3 headings"
5. Link the "styles.css" file to "webpage.html" file
6. Observe the output
