Multi-column Layout in CSS

1. Open the file "webpage.html" which you have created earlier
2. Add some content more than 10 lines
3. Open the file "styles.css" which you have created earlier
4. Divide the content into "4 columns"
5. Using shorthand add a "dotted red 4px ruler"
6. Link the "styles.css" file to "webpage.html" file
7. Observe the output
