- Place the "Book navigation" block in the "Sidebar second" region 
- Place the "Tools" block in the "Footer first" region and display it only in the front page
- Go to the website and verify the changes to the block locations
- Undo the above changes (blocks in the "Sidebar first" region, display in all pages)
