- Install the theme "Jethro"
- Set it as the default theme
- Do the following changes in the block regions
	- Put "Tools" in the "Footer first" region
	- Put "User account menu" in the "Footer second" region
	- Put "Powered by Drupal" in the "Footer bottom" region
	- Put "Search" in the "Left sidebar" region
	- Disable the "Main navigation" and "Footer menu"
