1. Please watch the Kicad tutorials on
(1) creating netlists for PCB
(2) mapping footprints to components and 
(3) designing PCB layout
(a total of three tutorials) from the spoken tutorial website. Reproduce the layout of astable multivibrator created there, using Oscad.

More details: Oscad uses KiCad for PCB layout creation. Footprint editor in Oscad is the same as CvPCB in KiCad. Similarly, Layout editor in Oscad is PCBnew in KiCad. So the procedure to create PCB layout in Oscad will be similar to that of KiCad.
