Deputy CM of Telangana talks about Spoken Tutorials

The Telangana State has formally accepted the Spoken Tutorial methodology. They propose to adopt our method to provide IT training in 130 Government Colleges to train a total of 80,000 students. They plan to take this methodology to private colleges after that.
