Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi has floated an offline circular to all its departments' heads (Deans) regarding the implementation of Spoken Tutorial Project. The VC has nominated Mr. Gaurav Garg, Head of Career Development Centre, BHU as the Central Coordinator.
