Spoken Tutorial has collaborated with UP Government Public Libraries in order to provide Skill Development IT Courses. These Libraries are widespread in all 75 districts of the State and at deep-rooted block levels. In a recent development, there is an online portal been developed to make all the libraries connected to one online portal (Office in Lucknow (H.O.)) and provide them E-Books free of cost to all the students. In collaboration with Spoken Tutorials IIT Bombay, it will be providing E- Learning Resource contents on their website (http://updpl.org) to all its beneficiaries, free of Cost.
