EduPyramids is currently incubated at SINE IIT Bombay. For legal and payment processing purposes, transactions on this website will appear under the name EduPyramids Educational Services Private Limited.

Welcome to Spoken Tutorial. By accessing and using our website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the payment services offered via the HDFC Payment Gateway.

2. Payment Processing

  • Payments made through the HDFC Bank Payment Gateway are processed securely.

  • By initiating a payment, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize us to process the transaction.

  • Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of transaction failure or errors.

3. Transaction Security

  • We use HDFC SmartGateway, which ensures secure encryption of transaction details.

  • Your card details are NOT stored on our servers.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • In case of duplicate payment, incorrect deduction, or transaction failure, please contact your Training Manager within 2 working days.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with HDFC Bank’s policies.

5. User Responsibility

  • You agree to use valid payment methods.

  • Any unauthorized transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
