NCBI BLAST സേവനത്തിലൂടെ ഇന്റർനെറ്റ് വഴി ക്വാറി സീക്വൻസ് BLAST പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കുക. ന്യൂക്ലിയോടൈഡ് സീക്വൻസ്ന്റെ സ്ഫോടനത്തിന് NCBIWWW ഘടകം ഉപയോഗിച്ചു് qblast ഉപയോഗിയ്ക്കുക. ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് xml ഫയൽ ഹോം ഫോൾഡറിൽ സംരക്ഷിക്കുക.
