NCBI BLAST service வழியாக, internetன் மூலம், query sequenceக்கு BLASTஐ run செய்வது. ஒரு nucleotide sequenceக்கு, blastஐ run செய்ய, NCBIWWW moduleலில் இருக்கும், qblast functionஐ பயன்படுத்துவது. Output xml fileஐ, home folderல் சேமிப்பது. Bio.Blast.Record moduleலில் இருக்கும், functionகளை பயன்படுத்தி, BLAST output (xml) fileஐ parse செய்வது.
