Formatting Tags in HTML - English

• Linking my page to other external pages

   Greetings sir/mam .....          I was trying to link dark mode of the same web page by giving the anchor [click here for dark mode] AND, I was trying to link light mode of the same web page by giving the anchor [click here for light mode ] but I was unable to do so.........                                                                   Please Help ME light mode link :file:///C:/Users/Tirupathi/Desktop/my-html/My%20First%20Page.html dark mode link :file:///C:/Users/Tirupathi/Desktop/my-html/My%20Second%20Page.html

• How to specify the filename along with the path to avoid " error loading page"

  The tutor has said that the if we want to link to a local file we will have to place it in the same folder, i have followed it correctly but it shows that error loading and i cant understand what "specify the filename along with the path to avoid " error loading page"                                                             <please help>  THANK YOU A LOT </please help>
