Jmol அப்ளிகேஷன் பற்றிய சுருக்கமான விளக்கம். மென்பொருள் தேவைகள். முன்நிபந்தனைகள். உபுண்டு/ லினக்ஸ் இயங்குதளத்தில் Jmol அப்ளிகேஷனைத் திறத்தல். ப்ரோகிராம் இடைமுகத்தை விளக்குதல் (Menu Bar, Tool bar, Pop-up menu மற்றும் காட்சி பகுதி). காட்சி பகுதியின் அளவை மாற்றுதல். எளிய கரிம மூலக்கூறுகளின் (அல்கேன்கள்) மாதிரிகளை உருவாக்குதல். Energy Minimization .mol file ஆக படத்தை சேமித்தல்.
