whenever i try to fix hydrogen and minimize, hydrogen adds only in the backbone of protein structure. the oxygen molecules that present beside the protein does not get the hydrogen molecule. i tried it other pdb files, but there is same issue. is it a malfunction? give me suitable solution.
In Jmol version 14.31.2, hydrogen is not getting added after clicking on “add hydrogen” option from the model kit menu. How to add the hydrogen atoms to the molecule?

Outline: Load structures of proteins from Protein Data Bank (PDB). Download .pdb files from the database. View the 3D structure of Insulin using PDB code (4EX1). View the structure without water molecules. Modify the display of secondary structure. Highlight hydrogen bonds and disulfide bonds
