The code files doesn't have the hydrogen molecules as shown in video. How can I add them?

How to select single atom?
Everything got selected when I clicked on select atom set option. How do I select the atoms as shown in video?I am using Jmol version 14.31.2

रासायनिक स्ट्रक्चर डेटाबेस (PubChem) से रासायनिक स्ट्रक्चर्स लोड करना। फिनॉल का स्ट्रक्चर लोड करना और इसको पैरा-अमीनो फिनॉल में बदलना। कॉलेस्ट्रॉल का स्ट्रक्चर लोड करना और डबल-बॉन्ड और साइड-चेन को हाईलाइट करना। GChemPaint में बने 2D स्ट्रक्चर्स को Jmol में 3D मॉडल्स में बदलना। Alanine, Adenosine, Alpha-d-glucopyranose के 2D स्ट्रक्चर्स को Jmol में 3D मॉडल्स में बदलना।
