  whenever i click on the site administration in the navigation bar it shows "your site is not registered" what to do?

  who is the site administrator? in the tutorial for the teachers the admin is supposed to assign courses . I have even tried to create course as the admin but it says the site is not registered . kindly help. stuck with this issue for a very long time and cannot proceed further.

• Always add Admin User as teacher for all courses you create.

  I am using 3.6.6 version of moodle. Is there any option to create it automatically or we have to assign user manually?
