oscad not getting installed in windows 10
i'm trying to install freeEDA in my windows 10 laptop from windows installer dowmloaded from freeEDA.in/download but it is not getting installed... it shows error in between the installation period.. please help..

oscad not getting installed in ubuntu 15.04
m trying to install freeeda on my linux 15.04 by the steps given in tutorial but it is not getting installed.when i try to run ./installFreeEDA.sh after extracting the installer file on desktop.. terminal says no such root ordirectory found... please help..

not working
i have install oscad as per the tutorial and instruction but when i run this oscad (freeeda) it shows a blank window like and flash a messege about BAT to EXE converter software and its website. and then this window close automatically

Analysis inserter not working
I downloaded Oscad once again and reinstalled it. Whenever i click on analysis inserter an error appears on the terminal as "unregistered class failed with error 0x00000584 <class still has open windows>. How can I correct this?

Dear sir,I need to create a sub circuit ,which use 9 ports.Port component has only 8 ports.How can i create a sub circuit?I am trying to implement 4to1 multiplexer which need 9 pins.Regards,Biren

oscad installation error
Hello,I attended your last workshop on OSCAD at IIT Bombay.I installed OSCAD on my office PC successfully. But When I try to run it, I am getting the following error. Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/oscad", line 10, in <module> import ttkImportError: No module named ttk Can you help me on this issue?PC details:Python version = 2.6.6 OS = Ubuntu 10.10Thanks and Regards.

E: Unable to locate package kicad - Installing Oscad on Ubuntu 13.10
While installing oscad in ubuntu13.10 i am getting error message in terminal:Reading package lists... DoneBuilding dependency tree Reading state information... Cannot Open OSCAD Workspace in Windows 7 and Cannot Find KiCad in Installation Folders
I installed the OSCAD installer for Windows 7 from the website, and after installing it, ran the software.When I try to run OSCAD from the Start Menu, the cmd flashes for a second, and then the software doesn't launch. I took a screenshot, and found out that the cmd gave this:C:\OSCAD> cd OSCADC:\OSCAD\OSCAD> cd forntEndC:\OSCAD\OSCAD\forntEnd>python oscad.py'python' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.Apparently, I found a way to 'fix' this. I opened cmd, and typed out all of the above manually. the last command I changed to "oscad.py" instead of "python oscad.py", and the little window with the OSCAD logo opened. But when I created a new project, only the Toolkit appeared, and no workspace was on the screen.???
