Create a Python virtual environment in Ubuntu
Install all libraries in the packages.txt file in Ubuntu
Verify installation of  packages
Deactivate the Virtual environment
Setup Python environment if you have python version lower than 3.12.3
Installation of python 3.12.3. in Windows
Install all libraries in the package.txt file in windows
