The Tutorials in this series are created using FreeCAD v 0.21.1 on windows 11. FreeCAD is an open source software for engineering drawing. Users can draw various industrial components in 2D, 3D, and do isometric (2D projections) using FreeCAD. Multiple engineering branches can utilize the features in the software. The software accommodates several unit styles, export, import files in various formats along with C++ and python code incorporation. Various parametric modelling, ability to create various arrays, constraint modelling and presence of various work benches are some of the features of FreeCAD.
