Error in PFR
When we are simulate the PFR, the isothermic calculation is not calculated and when click on the solve button this gives error in simulating the PFR.

Plug flow reactor
Not getting conversion rates as per tutorial, my getting 0.02 and 0.06 for nitrogen and hydrogen resp. Tried changing units of velocity, still answer remains same. pl help

Conversion getting low

Showing error PFR 01-Phase equilibria calculation error
I am trying to simulate Dibenzyl toluene -Hydrogen reaction in the DWSim using PFR, when the reactor is kept at isothermal conditions , it calculates and does not show any error and when the reactor is switch through adiabatic , it shows the following error such as PFR 01-Phase equilibria calculation error

How to decide the the minimum and maximum temperature since the stream temperature is 425 degrees celcius? Is it an assumption or a particular standard to be followed in such case?

Getting different results than what is given in the tutorial
In the tutorial, the conversion of Nitrogen is 17.91% and conversion of Hydrogen is 53.73%.While simulating, I am getting the conversion of Nitrogen as 0.02 and conversion of Hydrogen to be 0.06.

Result of the tutorial does not match with mine
For Nitrogen, the conversion is 17.91% and for Hydrogen, it is 53.73%.On my interface it is 19.5965% and 58.7896% respectively. I am using DWSIM Version 6.1 Update 1.

Assignment Query
I wish to know in the assignment problem, how we decide DO values for individual reactants (I took DO=1 for Ethylene Glycol and zero for others- please let me know it is decided). Also I wish to know how to decide Tmin and Tmax values (When I took Tmin= 300K as I read that 333K is the desired temp, I got 100+ values of Conversions ).Also, the type of reactor was not specified (Adiabatic or Isothermal). Has these things omitted for us to research about them through papers?

Plug Flow reactor
We are given the value of k, but you put it on the space for value of A, the frequency factor. Where do we put the value of k? Also where do we put the units of k, as in the assignment the units of k = 1/seconds and on the tutorial k was unit-less. You also left velocity units empty.l assume velocity unit = reaction rate units and amount unit = molar concentration units. Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Phase equilibria error
I was trying to simulate a PFR for the production of aniline from nitrobenzene. I got an error message that states "PFR-010-Phase equilibria calculation error".Do you have any suggestions how I can go about fixing it?.
