Outline:

Open the Arch workbench. Draw a rectangle and offset it. Offset the lines to draw interior walls. Downgrade and upgrade the drawing. Use the Split tool to split the lines. Delete the split the lines. Change the display mode to wireframe. Draw the steps using a rectangle and line. Use Box Selection to select the steps and Move tool to drag and position the steps. Save the drawing with an appropriate name.
