Use polar array tool to change the number of elements of a component to a desired number.
Change the draw style property of the lines from Solid to dashdot.
Change the Angular deflection and Deviation values to get perfect circularity in the diagram.
Change the Draft workbench to Techdraw workbench.
Select a template to load industrial drawing in the techdraw workbench.
Measure the diameter of the outer circle.
Change the overtolerance value to +- 0.05.
Insert balloon annotation tool and change its shape and attributes.
