How to download OpenStreetMap Data? The OpenStreetMap option is not showing in Vector tab.I am using QGIS 3.26.3.
I am not able to follow the video tutorial on the newer version of QGIS, so it would be helpful if someone could answer with a step-by-step method as I missed the explanation in the session. To be specific I have downloaded the plugins quickOSM and QGIS2threejs. I started working with quickOSM where i selected building under the option key and canvas extent under the option in. I am unsure as to how to proceed from here.
I am unable to locate OpenStreetMap option under Vector menu. I am using QGIS 3.16

I have loaded the base map as you said in one of the answers but I can't see any Openstreetmap option in Vector. Please help me out.
I am using QGIS 3.10.6, windows10 system. There is no OpenStreetMap plugin and I searched and couldn't find to install it.
after browsing (through Quick OSM) the downloaded osm file, i have selected all the points, lines, multi polygons properly. But after opening, I am getting only points and lines, but other two are missing. So when I open the 3d map through Qgis2threejs, I am not getting polygon option as it displays the message "error in python console" So when I open the map through Qgis2three, I am not able to get the buildings and other 3D structures. Please help to solve the issue
